Through partnerships with many Countywide and regional organizations, NECC is able to offer a wide range of community services. Many of our partners keep office hours at NECC to better serve northeastern Dutchess County.

Discount Drug Cards
Utility Bill Vouchers
Income Tax Preparation

Discount Drug Cards: provided by the United Way of Dutchess County, these provide significant discounts on most discount drugs and are accepted at many local pharmacies. Call or stop by between 9-5 to get one.

Utility Bill Vouchers: Thanks to the Holiday Helping Hands Program of the United Way of Dutchess County, we have a limited number of $50 voucher which can be used towards Central Hudson or NYSEG Bills. Only available to residents of Millerton, Amenia, Wassaic, Dover Plains and Pine Plains. Have your account numer available when you call!
