Strategic Plan: Beginning in late 2006, NECC will be undertaking a strategic planning process during which we will reach out into all segments of our community to learn more about needs and how NECC can best fill them, and then address what impact we hope to have in our community over the next 3-5 years. Finally, we will develop a plan to ensure we have the capacity to meet those needs. |
