CPSB is an internship and work skills training program for students ages 14 through 19. Locally, the program is a partnership among the North East Community Center, the Webutuck School District, and area businesses. Since 2003, CPSB has placed more than 300 students in internships with local employers.

The Webutuck school district joined the partnership in 2003, and CPSB is now well-established in the Millerton–Amenia, NY area. The local program is coordinated by the North East Community Center (NECC) in Millerton, and many area businesses have participated as hosts (see reverse).
