Schedule

The K-1 an 2nd-3rd grade programs meet on all scheduled school days at WES from dismissal until 6:05 pm, Monday-Friday. The 4th-6th grade programs at EBIS meet from dismissal to 5:30 pm. The program is not open on school vacations, early dismissal days, superintendent conference days, or holidays. When Webutuck cancels all after school activities, our program is also closed and a message to that effect is given on the “all-call” announcement.

Facility

The Primary Grades Programs are held at Webutuck Elementary School. The Intermediate Grades Programs are held at Eugene Brooks Intermediate School.

Cost

Our full program fees are $10/day or $50/week for one child, or $12/day or $60/week for 2 children. We also offer fees based on a sliding scale according to income. We want to ensure that ALL children can attend our programming, and are happy to work with you to develop payment plans or to discuss a reduction in these fees.

Staff

Our staff are fingerprinted and cleared through two criminal databases before they are allowed to work with children. They are trained in CPR and first aid and annually complete 15 hours of additional training in 6 different areas.
